The problem
The Corner Kitchen is a small café in Liverpool’s city centre. The owners had relied on their Facebook page and Instagram for years, posting daily specials and hoping customers would find them. Their midweek trade was struggling — weekends were busy through word of mouth, but Tuesday to Thursday was consistently quiet.

The solution
